“Check in very slow. Given same room as someone else. Room changed but key not reprogrammed meaning 3 trips to reception. Parking easy. Good breakfast although service a bit slow. ”

“Our stay was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside was the bed was extremely squeaky and falling apart and I could not get the Jacuzzi tub to work.”

“Very cozy and luxurious feeling. The staff were top shelf and the underground parking (free) was excellent to have. The only minor annoyance was the people upstairs were very heavy footed and you could hear their toilet flushing.”

“Located in a busy area with a mall across the street. Easton to get I. And out though outside of rush hour. The breakfast and such are good for what you pay. Excellent value.”

“Great choices for the breakfast, clean rooms. Lobby has welcoming seating and lounging sofas. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Only complaints are: the quality of the tissue and toilet paper - thin and not soft. Water pressure low and terrible picture image on TV due to low bandwidth. ”

“Hot tub jets weren't powerful. Elevator was broken which didn't affect us but we felt bad for the older couple ahead of us that were surprised with suddenly having to take the stairs.”
